We deconstructed the client’s operational requirements at the module level, conducting independent research into best-in-class enterprise platforms for each functional area — drawing from industry-leading systems for pipeline management, accounting architecture, and production orchestration. The full system architecture was prototyped in Figma and brought to life through a precision-managed development process, delivering a genuinely custom ERP that no vendor quote could replicate.
Result
Monthly revenue nearly tripled following deployment, as automated pipelines replaced manual processes across the entire operation.
